Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee

Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) is the state unit of the Indian National Congress, working in the state of Himachal Pradesh.

The current president of the HPCC is Pratibha Singh. Y. S. Parmar, Ram Lal Thakur and Virbhadra Singh from Congress represented the state since 1951. Its head office is situated at Rajiv Bhawan in Shimla. Pratibha Singh is the current president.

The head office of the organization is situated in Dadar, Mumbai and administrative office in Colaba Causeway, Mumbai.

Major past political figures of Congress party from Maharashtra such as Keshavrao Jedhe, Yashwantrao Chavan, Vinayakrao Patil, Vasantdada Patil, Shankarrao Chavan Keshavrao Sonawane and Vilasrao Deshmukh have been from this group.

Sharad Pawar, who had been a towering figure in Maharashtrian and national politics belongs to this group.

Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee

Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (or Punjab PCC), formerly known as the Punjab Provincial Congress Committee in colonial India, is the affiliate of the Indian National Congress in the state of Punjab.

On 9 April 2022, Amrinder Singh Raja Warring was appointed by the national leadership of Congress as the chief of Congress in Punjab. He is a 25th president to hold the post. Present general secretary in-charge of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee is Harish Chaudhary who was appointed on 22 October 2021.
